We took in our very first baseball game last night. We headed to Community America Stadium to see the Kansas City T-bones play. Besides being EXTREMELY HOT...we had a great time...the entire stadium is so kid friendly...the kiddos were able to play on this huge Rainbow play system....jump in a Baseball bounce house....slide down a giant slide....enjoy ball park hotdogs, cotton candy (Sophia was the only one that liked this), snow cones...and ice cold lemonade. We only made it to the fourth inning before we headed home....but that was after two hours of baseball and atleast and hour of play before the game started...it was a slooooow game...or as Jared called it..."more like batting practice" We will definitely be going back to take in more games...but next time we think we might try it without one beautiful, sometimes far to curious one year old!!:) Thanks to Nana and Papa for coming to help us enjoy the evening!! :)
